Which battery should I use?
Please use a 5V/2.0A output with a capacity of 5000mAh - 10,000 mAh, battery / powerbank.
Can I wash the T-Shirt?
You can wash the T-Shirt after removing the display.
Can I wash or dry clean the top hat?
Please do no not attempt to wash or dry clean the top hat with the display. The water and/or heat will damage the display.
Can I just connect the display straight to a charger/adaptor?
Yes, as long as you use a charger/adaptor with a 5V/2A output.
Where is the battery input port on T-Shirt display?
Please plug the battery into the USB-C port of the media box on the back of the display.
Where is the battery input port on the Top Hat?
Please remove the inside lining of the top hat. The micro USB cable provided inside the hat plugs directly into the battery.
Display
Is the display waterproof?
The unit is not waterproof, please avoid rain and moisture.
Can the display be scratched?
The display has a light protective coating but can be scratched if handled roughly.
Is it a touch screen display?
Yes, the display is a fully functional touch screen.
What is the resolution of the display?
The display's resolution is 1440p x 1920p.
What aspect ratio does the flexible display have?
The display's aspect ratio is 4:3.
How far can I bend it before it breaks?
Do not deliberately try to bend or fold the display, as stress caused from bending and folding from different angles may cause unrecoverable deformation.
Can the display bend both ways? In and out?
It can bend both ways but the bending angle is restricted by the protective casing of the display.
Media Box
Can I detach the media box from the display?
The media box is micro-wired to the display. Please do not attempt to detach it.
Can I stream videos from my phone to the display?
Yes, by using the RoStyle app you are able to stream from your phone to the display. For more information please consult the manual.
Which inputs are available for connecting external sources?
The media box has a micro USB input for external sources. Follow the instructions to transfer contents from your sources to the device.
Which image formats are supported?
The following image formats are supported: JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF.
Which video formats are supported?
The following video formats are supported: MP4, M4V, 3GP, 3G2, WMV, ASF, AVI, FLV, MKV, WEBM.
Does the media box have an internal memory?
Yes, it has 32GB internal memory.
